Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain data, including inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs, to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Utilize forecasting models to predict demand fluctuations and collaborate with procurement to adjust supply plans accordingly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover ratios.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience with demand planning software (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder) is highly desirable.
