Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15% while improving service levels
- Manage relationships with key carriers and 3PL providers across 12 countries
- Implement WMS/TMS optimization projects using SAP and Oracle systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Present performance metrics to C-suite executives monthly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs while improving service quality
- Advanced certification in SCOR, CPIM, or CSCP
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Free Trade Zones and customs procedures
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (other languages advantageous)
