Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions across APAC
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in TMS/WMS implementation
- Optimize $500M+ annual freight spend through data-driven negotiations
- Manage cross-functional teams (procurement, warehousing, distribution)
- Develop ESG-compliant logistics networks with 30% carbon reduction targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Build strategic partnerships with top 3PL providers and carriers
Qualifications
- 15+ years supply chain leadership in APAC markets
- MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management
- CSCP or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven experience optimizing $300M+ logistics budgets
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Strong track record in ESG logistics transformation
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
