Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and freight costs.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement data-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts to support production planning and logistics scheduling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data insights to senior management and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
