Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and industry trends
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative learning modules and assessment tools
- Analyze learner data to refine instructional strategies and optimize course effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating emerging technologies (AI, VR, adaptive learning)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of curriculum development experience in formal or corporate education
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Proven track record of developing accessible, inclusive curricula for diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with data-driven curriculum evaluation and improvement cycles
- Published research or presentations at educational technology conferences
