Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, interactive e-learning courses and comprehensive training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with strategic learning objectives.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to produce premium digital content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven analysis.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience.
- Stay current with emerging trends in EdTech, multimedia design, and instructional design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating modern, interactive, and visually appealing e-learning modules.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
