Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of interactive e-learning courses and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and target audience needs.
- Create engaging multimedia content using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Develop comprehensive storyboards, scripts, and curriculum blueprints.
- Evaluate and revise existing learning materials to ensure alignment with modern pedagogical trends.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous instructional design work and multimedia projects.
