Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for F&B operations, aligning with the company's overall vision and growth objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and service staff to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Menu Development: Curate innovative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while maximizing profitability and utilizing sustainable sourcing practices.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of culinary professionals and service staff.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve profit margins and cost efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality in compliance with all local and state regulations.
- Guest Experience: Act as the face of the brand, personally engaging with VIP guests and soliciting feedback to continuously enhance the guest journey.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Culinary Background: Proven track record in culinary management or a related hospitality discipline; Culinary degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and cost reduction strategies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of local health codes, liquor laws, and food safety regulations (ServSafe certified preferred).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and senior management.
