Responsibilities

  • Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move stock.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against client specifications using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure all stock is stored according to safety regulations and accessibility standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately to the Team Leader.
  • Load & Unload Vehicles: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring timely turnaround for our supply chain partners.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, including wearing PPE and participating in regular safety drills.

Qualifications

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 25kg), and perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accurate records and ensure order accuracy.
