Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution across 5+ countries
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15% while improving service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in vendor negotiations, contract management, and compliance
- Optimize transportation networks through TMS implementation and route optimization algorithms
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, freight spend) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including 3PL partners, customs authorities, and multinational clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in APAC logistics regulations, customs compliance, and cross-border trade
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; regional language skills advantageous
- Experience managing multimodal transportation (air, sea, rail) and temperature-controlled logistics
