Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multinational clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and KPI improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS-CPIM designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (JDA, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in managing cross-border logistics in APAC region
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
