Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless vendor coordination and third-party logistics partnerships
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS system optimization and automation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ in management roles
- Proven expertise in APAC supply chain networks and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and data analytics
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
