Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end transportation operations including fleet management, route optimization, and multi-modal coordination
- Develop and implement sustainable logistics strategies aligned with Singapore's Green Plan 2030
- Analyze transportation KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects with SLA adherence
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with transportation partners
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Land Transport Authority regulations and international shipping standards
- Drive digital transformation through IoT implementation and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in transportation/logistics management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven experience optimizing multi-modal transportation networks in urban environments
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's transportation regulations and infrastructure
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or Transportation (CTL) required
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
