Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for 3PL operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory optimization and demand planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions
- Oversee warehouse automation and WMS system implementations
- Analyze KPIs and prepare executive-level performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or manufacturing supply chains
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and WMS platforms
- Proven track record of optimizing TAT and reducing logistics costs
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across APAC regions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
