- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize transportation networks and warehousing solutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system optimization and automation projects
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and transportation management
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (JDA, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance requirements
