Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies using advanced analytics and modeling tools
- Analyze global transportation networks to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance delivery reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and mitigate supply risks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma methodologies and process automation
- Design and maintain key performance dashboards to track supply chain metrics and executive reporting
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and carriers to ensure service level compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics or logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software (SAP IBP, Kinaxis)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or APICS CPIM highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
