Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet aggressive hiring targets and business objectives.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand business needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize sourcing channels and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with a proven track record in a high-growth environment.
- Strong background in technical recruiting, specifically within the software or tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to hiring.
