Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive employee impact.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts in collaboration with recruitment and learning & development teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture through various engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and workshops on HR-related topics to enhance leadership capabilities and employee effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to achieve business results through HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly desirable.
