Qualifications

- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven success in organizational development and change management
- Advanced analytical skills with HR metrics interpretation
- NY State HR license and labor law expertise
