Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Keningau region to expand the business portfolio.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate Takaful plans.
- Provide expert advice on Shariah-compliant financial protection and wealth management solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the agency.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and agency training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and networking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Must be committed to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Residency in or around Keningau, Sabah is highly preferred.
