Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the Keningau region to expand the business portfolio.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate Takaful plans.
  • Provide expert advice on Shariah-compliant financial protection and wealth management solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the agency.
  • Participate in regular professional development workshops and agency training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and networking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance.
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
