Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies using ERP and SCM systems
- Analyze logistics data to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse automation and transportation network redesign
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Lead digital transformation projects in supply chain visibility platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics modeling tools
- Expertise in Singapore customs regulations and ASEAN trade compliance
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives and process optimization
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
