- Lead cross-functional teams to reduce logistics costs by 15%+ annually
- Oversee inventory management systems to achieve 98%+ order accuracy
- Develop sustainable logistics initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Manage third-party logistics partnerships and carrier relationships
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen methodologies
- Generate executive-level supply chain performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in inventory optimization and transportation management systems
- Proven track record implementing SAP or Oracle SCM modules
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
