Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven supply chain optimization strategies using SAP and Oracle platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in reducing logistics costs by 15-20% through process re-engineering
- Develop sustainability initiatives aligning with EU Green Deal regulations and ESG targets
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations with 3PL providers across 12 countries
- Create predictive analytics models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Manage crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Drive digital transformation projects implementing IoT and blockchain technologies
Qualifications
- MSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain optimization
- Expert proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle OLM, and Power BI analytics
- Proven track record of implementing LEAN Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency highly valued
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP preferred)
