Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to redesign end-to-end supply chain networks using AI-driven modeling tools
- Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies reducing carrying costs by 20%
- Manage strategic relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service-level agreements
- Design and deploy real-time visibility dashboards for 15+ international shipping lanes
- Oversee customs compliance automation for EU-UK and EU-Asia trade corridors
- Lead sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular packaging solutions
- Present quarterly optimization reports to executive stakeholders with ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Power BI with predictive modeling
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent accreditation
- Proven track record implementing lean logistics in multi-country environments
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in German or Mandarin preferred
- Expertise in customs regulations for EU-UK and Asia-Pacific trade zones
