Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain optimization strategies reducing lead times by 25%
- Oversee international transportation networks and customs compliance for EU-Asia routes
- Lead cross-functional teams to automate inventory management using SAP and Oracle systems
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities in multimodal logistics
- Develop contingency plans for port disruptions and climate-related supply chain risks
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Drive sustainability initiatives in transportation and warehousing operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in international logistics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP APO, Oracle SCM) and supply chain analytics tools
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP preferred)
- Proven experience optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Advanced data analysis skills with Power BI and SQL
- Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in Mandarin or German advantageous
