Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, technology integration, and operational best practices across the entire supply chain.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and recommend actionable solutions for optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, operations, IT) to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Implement and manage supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to enhance visibility and control.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on supply chain performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record of optimization.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced analytics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process improvement, and project management principles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
