Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for critical materials and services
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and implement data-driven sourcing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
