Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities and services across APAC
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance optimization initiatives
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG objectives
- Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals through mentorship and process improvement
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in procurement systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management role
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization in procurement
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.) and data analytics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and supply chain risk management
