Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Oversee inventory management systems with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for real-time supply chain visibility
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in supply chain leadership within APAC
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record optimizing multi-regional logistics networks
- Advanced data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ countries
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
