Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvements and technology integrations
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation partners to maintain efficient freight networks
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics technology platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving service metrics
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and international trade compliance
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
