Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans that align with overall company objectives and growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and build strong, long-term relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and carriers.
- Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting models to predict demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee the integration and utilization of ERP and WMS platforms to drive operational visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in global logistics, freight forwarding, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
