Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve service levels, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution functions, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain resilience and business continuity.
- Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and IT to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, advanced planning systems).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a complex, global environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in supply chain processes.
