- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic logistics optimization plans reducing costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Implement and maintain WMS/TMS systems for real-time operational visibility
- Analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decision making across supply chain functions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations leadership
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain modeling tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience mentoring high-performing teams
