Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve distribution speed and reduce overhead.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with 3PL providers and international freight carriers.
- Utilize advanced ERP and TMS systems to monitor inventory flow and mitigate supply chain bottlenecks.
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and local transport standards.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Oversee demand forecasting models to optimize stock levels and warehouse throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and TMS platforms.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
