Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers.
- Monitor and forecast supply chain performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a supply chain or logistics management role.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and modern supply chain management tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, distribution, and demand forecasting.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is highly preferred.
