Nexus Global Logistics is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to orchestrate our North American distribution network. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, implement lean methodologies, and drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize our global throughput.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end operational performance, including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile distribution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean principles to eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate freight contracts to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Utilize advanced predictive analytics to forecast demand and adjust procurement cycles accordingly.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing operations team across multiple regional fulfillment centers.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with international shipping standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in high-volume supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets exceeding $10M.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of driving change in complex organizations.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
