Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs while maintaining 99.5% service level
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and key vendors
- Design and execute contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities across the logistics network
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon footprint reduction programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- APICS or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Proven experience optimizing multi-regional distribution networks
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
