Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align purchasing with operational needs
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
- Oversee procurement budget and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent negotiation and contract administration abilities
- Experience managing global supply chains and international vendors
