Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing operational costs by 20%
- Oversee 3PL partnerships and warehouse network optimization across 5+ distribution centers
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in TMS/WMS and AI-driven demand forecasting
- Develop ESG-compliant logistics frameworks for carbon-neutral transportation
- Manage $50M+ logistics budgets with quarterly variance analysis
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on vendor relationship management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in 3PL/4PL environments
- Proven track record optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CLTD certification required
- Experience scaling operations across 3+ states/countries
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills managing teams of 15+
