In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize procurement strategies, and leverage advanced data analytics to mitigate risks in an evolving global market.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics strategy for high-volume accounts.
- Optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs through advanced demand forecasting.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with international 3PL providers and vendors.
- Implement lean methodology across warehouse and distribution operations to improve throughput.
- Manage end-to-end P&L responsibilities for specific supply chain business units.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate AI-driven tracking systems for real-time shipment visibility.
- Ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global logistics operations and vendor contracts.
- Strong analytical mindset with expert-level skills in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification is strongly desired.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
