Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and distribution
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Lead implementation of ERP/WMS systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Customs, FDA, etc.)
- Manage cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Prepare executive reports on KPIs: OTIF, inventory accuracy, and logistics spend
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in procurement, inventory optimization, and distribution network design
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active) and data analytics
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in reducing logistics costs by 15%+ annually
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
