- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in international supply chain operations
- Advanced certification in APICS CSCP or CSCMP preferred
- Proficiency in SAP SCM and Power BI analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency a plus
- Experience managing cross-border EU trade compliance
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
