Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce transportation costs
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and distribution partners
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for materials and services
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- APICS or CSCMP certification required
