- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency by 20%+
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using WMS/TMS systems and IoT integration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance monitoring and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and transportation divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and network design
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and logistics analytics platforms
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) preferred
- Strong experience with APAC trade regulations and customs compliance
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
