Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for 50+ suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D on new product sourcing initiatives
- Implement sustainability criteria in procurement processes
- Manage procurement budget with 15% annual cost-saving targets
- Train and mentor 5 junior procurement professionals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial role
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis skills
- Proven track record of achieving 10%+ cost savings
- Fluent English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
