Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and data-driven replenishment systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean logistics initiatives and cost reduction programs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and 3PL services
- Develop KPI dashboards to track performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost per unit)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation projects including WMS/TMS implementations and automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-regional supply chains in APAC
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost analysis
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or SCPro) highly valued
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous for regional operations
