Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, speed, and reliability across 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP/WMS systems for real-time visibility and automation
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions using predictive analytics and AI-driven modeling
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with global 3PL partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing lead times by 25% annually
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Present executive-level performance dashboards tracking KPIs: OTIF, inventory turnover, and carbon footprint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain operations
- Expertise in SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Proven track record optimizing multi-modal transportation networks in APAC
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD) strongly preferred
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin capability advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership managing cross-cultural teams of 15+ professionals
