Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of logistics professionals to maximize productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates).
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and achieving cost savings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- CPIM or APICS certification is highly desirable.
