- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across 12 regional distribution centers
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce carrying costs by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse automation and digital transformation projects
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Tableau to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for volatile global trade routes
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Drive sustainability initiatives to achieve 30% reduction in carbon footprint by 2025
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in management
- Advanced certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM Cloud)
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
