Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and high service performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate freight and carrier contracts to optimize costs.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all facilities.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand and align supply capacity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a high-pressure environment.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
